What I do

I create hand-painted portraits based on photographs of loved ones. Each painting is created with great care, with the goal of capturing not only the person’s appearance, but also their presence and character. The portraits are intended as meaningful keepsakes that help preserve memories and maintain a personal connection. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and reflects the emotional value of the subject.

In addition to memorial portraits, I also create paintings based on photographs. Whether of individuals, couples, or families, each painting combines a realistic, timeless style with a focus on expression, atmosphere, and detail. These works are not only meant as mementos but also serve to immortalize a meaningful moment. Whether as a gift or a personal keepsake—each portrait is custom-designed.

In addition to traditional portraits, I also create works of art in which I combine multiple photos into a single composition. Whether it’s a relationship, a shared moment, or a significant chapter in life, the piece is meant to tell a story. The goal is to transform memories, moments, and people into a cohesive image that feels both unique and timeless.

Process

Every commission begins with a conversation. You can share with me anything that’s important to you—ideas, reference materials, photos, objects, and more. Together, we’ll then determine the direction and composition of the artwork. Based on this, I create sketches and carefully plan the painting. The artwork then takes shape over time, with me paying particular attention to details, atmosphere, and expression. Once the painting is finished, it is carefully prepared and securely packaged before being shipped to you.

References

The quality of the finished artwork depends on the reference material you provide. Ideally, the photos should be clear and well-lit, and show the face in detail. If you're not sure which pictures to choose, I'd be happy to help you select the most suitable ones. Of course, it's also possible to combine multiple photos.

Sices & prices
Jeder Porträt wird mit grosser Sorgfalt, Liebe zum Detail und emotionaler Sensibilität angefertigt. Da jedes Kunstwerk ein Unikat ist, variieren die Preise je nach Grösse des Gemäldes, der Anzahl der Personen und der Gesamtkomplexität der Komposition. Die Gemälde sind in verschiedenen Formen und Grössen erhältlich. Von kleineren, intimen Werken bis hin zu grösseren, detailreichen Kompositionen. Die Preise beginnen bei CHF 500 für kleinere Porträts. Komplexere Werke, grössere Werke, grössere Formate oder Gemälde mit mehreren Personen erfordern unter Umständen zusätzlich Zeit- und Detailaufwand, was sich im Endpreis widerspiegelt.
